Support Overview
The StrikeIron Web Services Marketplace provides a variety of different
resources for support and utilization of the network. The following is a brief
overview:
Technical Support
Technical support by email is free from 8:00am to 5:30pm EST, Monday through
Friday. Simply select
Ask Support
under the Support main navigation selection to access the online form.
Telephone technical support is available from 8:00am to 5:30pm EST, Monday
through Friday.
Paid telephone support is also available on a subscription basis for ongoing
support with a named account manager. Contact StrikeIron Support for more
information on paid technical support programs.
