Senior Software Engineer

This person will lead the design and implementation of web services for both new products and new features for some existing products. They will be responsible for “owning” one key product area and will lead the web services development for several new products in the next year.

You will need to be someone who functions well in the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing small company. A solid sense of knowing when to assume ownership of a situation and when to collaborate is essential. You have to enjoy solving problems.

To succeed in this position requires someone with demonstrated experience in the design, development, and testing of Web services and an in depth understanding of .NET development and technologies. This is a senior level position probably requiring 8+ years of industry experience and either a BA/BS degree or equivalent design experience.

Additional skills and experience desired include:

  • Experience with C#, Java, PHP, and Perl
  • Familiarity with HTTP, SOAP, HTML
  • Familiarity with IIS, SQL Server
  • Strong OOA and OOD

Sales Analyst

StrikeIron is experiencing record growth as a result of two key paradigm shifts: cloud computing is changing the game and data is now seen as a strategic asset for most companies.

Position Summary:

Our growth as one of the first cloud-based solution providers has created the opportunity for several key additions to our US operations. The Sales Analyst is responsible for accelerating our revenue growth through two key functions: inbound lead qualification and outbound campaign programs. In this critical role, the Sales Analyst will focus his/her attention evenly on these two key functions.

StrikeIron has made significant investment to increase the inbound lead flow. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for qualifying these inbound leads by utilizing our proven methodologies around follow up, Strategic Selling, and nurture campaigns.

StrikeIron continues to shift our sales culture to more of an outbound, market-oriented approach. The second key responsibility of the Sales Analyst will be to execute on highly targeted outbound campaigns. We look to extend our success on customer segmentation to create unique campaigns that are catered to specific industries, customer personas, and use cases for our solution. The Sales Analyst will leverage the tools (scripts, case studies, whitepapers, ROI calculators, etc) to maximize the conversion of prospects into opportunities.

The Sales Analyst will report directly to the VP of Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities into the sales funnel
  • Approach telemarketing activities with great focus and a high energy/enthusiasm level

Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive within StrikeIron is the center piece of our sales structure. Working closely with a Regional Sales Manager and being supported by a Sales Analyst, the ISE has a major impact on our growth in two key ways. First, the ISE manages all opportunities within the small to medium size revenue stream. From the conversion of a lead through negotiations, the ISE is the main point of contact, representing StrikeIron as the leader in Data-as-a-Service. The second method the ISE impacts our growth trajectory is through outbound call campaigns. Leveraging cutting edge Sales 2.0 best practices, the ISE will develop highly segmented target campaigns with compelling calls to action.

The Inside Sales Executive will report directly to the Executive Vice President.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for the strategies & execution geared to drive revenue growth of a region
  • Support Small/Medium deals but be comfortable delegating when appropriate
  • Build detailed account plans to penetrate Named Accounts (6-12 month sales cycles)
  • Monitor team activity levels and provide mentorship to junior team members
  • Provide market insight to EVP, marketing, and support


  • BS/BA degree required
  • 3-5 year professional sales experience, preferably in a software/technology-related industry
  • Experience building opportunity pipeline through outbound strategies (phone & email) highly preferred

Product Manager

StrikeIron enables our customers to reach their customers. We provide our customers an API Management platform, IronCloud, and a portfolio of data quality and communications Managed API’s. We are the leader in the Web API space and growing our team with the addition of a Product Manager.

Summary: The Product Manager will drive the roadmap, requirements, and business cases for our products and platform offering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create user stories and requirements for new products and platforms.
  • Create business cases and models for both new products and product enhancements.
  • Work closely with customers, prospects, and other industry stakeholders to fully understand the requirements of our customers.
  • Work with the development team to prioritize requirements and manage development cycles.
  • Drive consensus around the prioritization of products and requirements.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales on customer needs, pricing, promotion, and launch planning.


  • A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field is required. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in product management role with B2B software companies. CSPO is a plus.
  • Experienced with software-as-a-service / Web APIs
  • Experience in agile development methodologies
  • Experience in building product and product line level business models.
  • Experience in launching, iterating, updating, and sunsetting B2B software products.
  • Familiar with the customer development model / lean startup methodologies for iteratively discovering customer requirements.
  • Deep technical experience in the software space.

Office Receptionist and Administrator


This role provides general administrative and clerical support for various department related activities and will be prepared to provide support for periodic projects or in response to unforeseen circumstances. This support typically includes significant interaction with customers, vendors, and visitors.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supplies and Facilities management
  • Manage hard and soft copies of all company Contract Files
  • Answer and retrieve General and Billing Lines and handle/transfer appropriately
  • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
  • Assist with event planning and implementation
