StrikeIron has handled indemnification with the exchanges. Therefore, your subscription with StrikeIron is inclusive of all fees required by the exchanges. No additional direct fee is required from the end user for StrikeIron's Delayed Stock Quotes Web service.
DISPLAY OF DATA. The Delayed Stock Quotes data may not be displayed on external (public) web sites without execution of a subscriber agreement directly with NASDAQ. Use within a controlled environment (password protected Intranet, portal or Web based application) as stated in Section 1 (Restricted License) must display the data with the statement “Prices delayed at least 15 minutes” and StrikeIron, Inc. must be referenced as the data source. Use within a controlled non-web application does not need to contain such references.
