Our RealEDA Service provides you with legacy information from the Telephone Company databases which StrikeIron then updates daily with any additions, deletions or changes that we have discovered in the past 90 days.
Don't confuse this service with lower-quality services which use other sources such as scanned white pages, warranty information, etc. for their data sources. With these other services data is often incomplete and never updated.
With this service, a user can put in a partial address, phone number, or name and get completed address and phone information in return.
Our sophisticated processes use our familiarization with all of these facts to determine the best method of processing each and every request submitted. We then, using the same proprietary processes we've developed over the years, enhance the value of any response information via our RealMatchTechnology and ultimately present to you the "BEST OF THE BEST" via a Web service. MATCHING & SCORING
The successful construction and submission of each inquiry, using the absolutely best information, and receiving back the raw data results is just one side of the equation. The result our data sources return are raw "listings". These listings are returned in batches of up to 10 listings in a screen. You are only charged for ONE request even when the request results in up to 10 result responses. By efficiently utilizing our matching and scoring processes we are able to match and score "on the fly". As each of these listings are presented to our matching and scoring modules, we standardize the information, match each component with your original request data and then score each component separately and also in the aggregate.
The scoring system we use provides that a score of 80 will indicate a almost guaranteed chance that this listing matches your request. Anything above that makes the certainty even greater. Anything below that, especially lower than 70 reduces the chance that this is the person or business that you are looking for substantially.
