This service will provide standard financial and corporate information for approximately 440,000 U.S. and international private and public companies when queried by company name. This information can be obtained interactively via the StrikeIron Web site, or alternatively be integrated for real-time access into applications, Web sites, devices, and any other entity that can consume a SOAP or REST-based Web service. The data provided with this service is a subset of the data available when using the Gale Group Business Intelligence Web Service.
The database includes 290,000 U.S. and 150,000 international companies. Ninety percent of these companies are private. In addition, the database includes over 1,000,000 contact names.
The proprietary database is updated daily by professional researchers and the top companies are reviewed every six weeks. All companies are reviewed at least annually.
