The Foreign Exchange Rates Web Service provides both current and historical foreign exchange rates for 23 current and 9 legacy currencies from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Current rates are updated each business day at 12:00 noon EST.

Rates are quoted either in U.S. dollars per foreign currency unit or in foreign currency units per U.S. dollar.
